These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kannada Rummy Android application, websites and related services (the “Service”), operated in connection with ASAG Androapps Technology Pvt Ltd. By installing the app, creating an account, or tapping agree, you enter a binding agreement with us.

Please also read the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law.
  • You confirm that you are using the Service from a location where your participation is lawful. Play is not offered to persons in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, or any other jurisdiction where paid, real-money or similar gaming is prohibited. You must not use VPN or other means to hide a restricted location.
  • We may ask for age or address proof. We may suspend accounts that fail checks.

2. Account

  • Register with a valid mobile number you control. Keep OTP, password and device lock private.
  • One person, one account. Multiple accounts, account selling, or playing on another person’s ID is prohibited.
  • Activity on your account is treated as yours. Tell support at once if you lose the phone or suspect misuse.
  • We may refuse, freeze or close accounts for KYC failure, fraud, collusion, abuse of bonuses, or legal risk.

3. The games

The Service offers Point Rummy, Pool Rummy and Deal Rummy. Indian rummy is a game of skill: you form sequences and sets from 13 cards; a valid declaration requires a pure sequence and other valid combinations as shown in the app.

  • Table entry, drop, prize and scoring rules on the table screen apply to that match.
  • A declaration that is invalid under table rules can be penalised as shown in the app (including full count or table-specific penalties).
  • Network drops, device crashes or closing the app mid-hand may be treated as a leave or drop under table rules. We are not liable for your connectivity.
  • We may add, change or remove tables, stakes or formats.

4. Wallet, bonus and payments

  • Chips or cash in the wallet are a limited licence to play on the Service, not a bank deposit or e-money wallet in the RBI sense unless we say otherwise.
  • Bonus / promotional chips (including welcome, daily, referral or event bonus) are for play only and are not withdrawable. Bonus usage, expiry and wagering (if any) are shown in the app.
  • Deposits are made through the Add Cash flow and third-party payment partners. We credit the wallet after the gateway confirms success.
  • Withdrawals go only to a bank account or UPI ID in your name after KYC, subject to the minimum amount and any limits shown in the app. Processing time depends on our review and the bank or UPI network.
  • Taxes, if applicable on your winnings or on deposits under Indian tax law, are your responsibility unless the app deducts them and shows you a statement.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • Collude, chip-dump, or share hole/hand information with other players.
  • Use bots, auto-players, scripts, modified APKs or any tool that plays on your behalf or reads game state unfairly.
  • Exploit bugs. Report them to support instead.
  • Abuse referrals, bonuses, or payment chargebacks.
  • Harass other users or staff, or upload illegal or offensive content.

We may review hands, device logs and payment history. Breach may lead to confiscation of chips, withheld withdrawals, and permanent ban, without limiting other legal remedies.

6. Responsible play

Play only with money you can afford to lose. The Service is recreation, not a way to make a living. We may set deposit, table or cooling-off limits. If gambling is a problem for you, stop and seek professional help.

7. Intellectual property

The Kannada Rummy name, logo, app, table design, code and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the official APK. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where law allows), scrape, or run unofficial builds.

8. Availability

We aim for stable tables but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, attacks, or third-party outages may pause play. We may void or restore a hand if a technical fault made the result unreliable.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost winnings, or data loss. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud).

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us and our staff against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your dispute with another player.

11. Suspension and closure

You may request account closure via support after pending games and withdrawals are settled. We may suspend or close an account with or without notice for breach, legal risk, or inactivity. Lawful balances may be returned to a verified bank or UPI ID after checks; bonus chips lapse.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the “Last updated” date or from in-app notice. If you continue to play, you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request closure.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our operations in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you.
